Can my Sivoia QS shades be controlled with a mobile device?
Yes, Sivoia QS shades can be controlled via the Lutron app on any mobile device. A Caseta PRO SmartHub or any other Lutron lighting control system processor is required. To operate on any wireless system, you will need to add a wireless receiver or specify Sivoia QS Wireless shades.

Do Sivoia QS shades communicate wirelessly?
Natively, Sivoia QS shades utilize wired communication and wired power. A Sivoia QS shade can be converted to a Sivoia QS Wireless shade by adding a wireless RF receiver and disconnecting pins 3 and 4; RF wireless receiver part number QSYC-J-RCVR (US/Canada).

If I have two (or more) shades next to each other, will they move at the same speed?
Yes, thanks to Lutron’s patented Intelligent Hembar Alignment (IHA) your adjacent shades will move in unison. This is true for both wired and battery-powered shades, because our algorithm even compensates for the difference in voltage between old and new batteries.

This smart panel can be used with the plug-in ready 5-output power module, model WIN-PS-5CC-R. (Also available in packs of 12, model WIN-PS-5CC-BLK12.)

Will my shades need to be reprogrammed if they lose power?
No, all Lutron shades have power failure memory that stores system programming including grouping, presets, and shade limits for the lifetime of the product.
