Can I get my Pico paddle remote to dim?
No, The Pico paddle remote works the same as the Pico 2B smart remote. The only exception is that when paired with a Diva Dimmer a single press of the Pico Paddle Remote will take the light level to the slider level of the dimmer, a second press takes the dimmer to high end. (A firmware update may be required to your Diva smart dimmer through the Lutron App)

No, the does not have a nightlight feature. Like other Pico remotes, the light is only an indicator light to show that it is responding.

How can I tell if the firmware of my Diva smart dimmers needs to be updated?
In your app, go to settings. In the menu options, you should see an option for Firmware Update. If there is a red dot next to Firmware update, this means you have devices that require an update. Select Firmware update. The next screen will show devices that require a firmware update. If none are listed, then your devices connected to your Lutron smart hub are currently up to date.

If my Pico paddle remote is added to a Caséta smart lighting control system with a smart hub and the smart hub loses power, will my Pico paddle remote still work?
A smart hub is not required for the Pico paddle remote to work; however, you can add it to a Caséta smart hub. Once a Pico paddle remote has been added to a Caséta system, the Pico paddle remote does not require internet, but it does require power to the smart hub.

What happens if the Pico paddle remote is paired with a Diva smart diva and an Original Caséta dimmer?
If both lights are off, with one tap the lights connected to the Diva smart dimmer will go to the level indicated on the slider and the lights connected to the original dimmer will go to 100%. A second tap will bring the lights on the Diva smart dimmer to 100%. If the lights on the Diva smart dimmer are already on, then the lights will go to 100%.

What happens if the Pico paddle remote is paired with multiple Diva smart dimmers?
If the Diva smart dimmers are in the off position, a single tap will set the lights of each dimmer to the levels indicated on their respective sliders. A second tap will turn all connected dimmers to 100%.
